Journey Federal Credit Union

Journey Federal Credit Union, along with many of you, has been closely monitoring the news and developments surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19). As health and safety concerns related to COVID-19 continue to heighten, the wellness and safety of our staff and membership remains our top priority. At this time, we have determined that it is in your best interest and ours to close our branch lobbies until further notice, beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020.

While we encourage you to utilize our 24/7 easy to use online and mobile options to access your accounts remotely during this time, our Drive-Up teller service will still be available at all three of our branch locations to serve your day-to-day financial transactions. If you prefer, our full-service Contact Center will also be available by calling 989-227-3710 to assist with more involved financial transactions, like processing loan applications, general questions and account maintenance. The Contact Center can also be reached via text messaging at 989-227-3710. The Drive-Up and Contact Center hours of operation are not changing. Please click here to find our locations and hours of operation.

Below are 24/7 online, mobile, and ATM options to access and manage your funds remotely. To learn more about Journey Federal Credit Union’s e*Services, please click here or call our Contact Center at 989-227-3710.

Thank you for your membership with us at Journey Federal Credit Union. We appreciate your patience, cooperation, and understanding as we navigate through this unprecedented situation.

Stay safe and healthy,

Patrick Hunt, Chief Executive Officer

At Journey Federal Credit Union, we are guided by our purpose of looking out for our people - and as always, our top priorities are your health, safety, and wellness. As like all of you, we have been closely monitoring the news and developments about Coronavirus (COVID-19). As this situation continues to evolve, please rest assured that we are committed to taking the necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of our members, staff, and communities.

With the recent news of confirmed Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in Michigan and the World Health Organization's announcement of the global pandemic status, we have enacted precautionary measures including additional cleaning to disinfect all member-facing and high-touch areas, ceasing all business travel, and implementing remote meetings and teleconferencing when possible. We will continue to evaluate other precautionary measures to safeguard the health and safety of our members and staff, as that is our top concern.

At this time, our branches are fully operational and we continue to maintain regular business hours to assist and serve you. We would like to note the various account access options available to you, should a scenario occur in which Journey Federal Credit Union’s branch operations are interrupted. If this were to happen, there are several convenient ways to access your account and conduct your day-to-day financial transactions:
